Consultancy
Some clients applying for certification under our programme seek consulting services to assist them in preparing their application and to get ‘audit ready’. This typically involves preparing a greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory report and/or an emissions management and reduction plan. Clients may benefit from consulting services in situations where:
- Organisations are preparing for certification for the first time and need additional guidance
- Organisations that have insufficient staff time to complete the certification preparation themselves
- Organisations that are complex and/or significant in size, and wish to have the experience to provide an efficient method of preparing and being compliant with the certification requirements.
The carboNZero programme does not provide consulting services, but the programme does maintain a list of ‘qualified’ consultants for reference. These consultants have been assessed as having expertise for assisting organisations to achieve certification. This list is provided as a resource for our clients; however, this does not imply endorsement of the performance of the consultant.
